These in-person sessions can be on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis. Personal training is the perfect solution for anyone new to training, a little nervous or simply in need of motivation. This can be the support you need to start your new journey into a fitter healthier version of you, or the next step to pushing your fitness to the next level.

LISA

Level 3 personal trainer and Owner of From the Block Fitness. Following her own journey to get fit and after losing nearly 4 stone in weight herself, Lisa fell in love with the fitness industry and left a career spanning 25 years in hospitality to pursue one as a personal trainer.

“I have been through the process, I genuinely understand every emotion a person goes through when struggling with weight, or weight related health issues. There is no diet or magic pill I haven’t tried over the years and so I truly know the right and only way to lose weight and improve your physical and mental health for the better is through good nutrition and exercise”.

RACHEL

From the Block Fitness instructor and queen of our circuits. Rachel has years of experience in the health and fitness industry, a busy working mum of 2 Rachel loves to motivate and help others realise their potential when it comes to overall wellbeing.

KELLY

Level 2 fitness instructor and currently studying for her Level 3, Kelly is a qualified nurse with an abundance of experience and knowledge when it comes to our health and fitness.

TOM

Tom has a wealth of knowledge and practical experience when it comes to the health and fitness industry. He has a Ph.D in Cardiovascular Physiology and has worked as a fitness and nutrition coach with individuals and athletes across the whole fitness spectrum
